Here you will find the binding notifications for all essential formal questions referring to your studies and examinations, as well as modules and module groups. The Examination Board is further responsible for the recognition of examinations, e.g. in case of a change of university, a change of study course, or studying abroad.

Examination Office:
As part of the university administration the Examination Office is inter alia responsible for the execution of centrally administered examinations, the recording of examinations, as well as diplomas. Accompanying (partial) examinations may take place during the lecturing period, however, most examinations are scheduled for after the lecturing period (during ‘semester break’). In the first case, examinations are scheduled and organized by the corresponding chairs or examiners (see information provided by chairs); in the latter case, the procedure falls to the university’s respective Examination Office. Registration and examination dates, examination prerequisites etc., and then, your examination results can be found via the electronic examination administration system ?FlexNow!“.
University Information System:
In addition to the current notices of the examination board and the student advisory service teams, you will also find the courses offered in each semester by using the University Information System, an electronic list of university courses. Please note, in order to obtain the latest available information, you should regularly visit the respective sites of the chairs and professorships!

You will find the easiest way to the individual homepages of the faculty’s chairs and professorship on the homepage of the Dean's Office SoWi (/Fachgebiete).
Academic International Office:
The Academic International Office provides fundamental information regarding your stay abroad. Applications for study abroad programmes must be submitted here.
Language Centre:
The Language Centre is inter alia in charge of business foreign languages.
Student Office:
The Student Office is in charge of applications, matriculation and semesters off.
Central Student Advisory Service:
Central Student Advisory Service informs you about general concerns of studying in Bamberg.
