Our chair thrives on the diversity and dedication of its members. Under the leadership of the Chair Holder, Prof. Bj?rn Ivens, the secretariat, the research assistants and student assistants each contribute their individual perspectives, experiences and expertise. This close collaboration shapes our dynamic day-to-day work and enables us to address marketing and sales challenges from a wide range of viewpoints.

The team is further complemented by our visiting lecturers and external adjunct faculty, who contribute their specialized expertise from industry - such as Adidas, Bosch, Siemens, or Miele - as well as from other higher education institutions, including Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences, Deggendorf Institute of Technology and Nuremberg Institute of Technology.

The close cooperation within the team and with our partners forms the foundation for practice-oriented research, highly relevant teaching content, and innovative knowledge transfer projects.
