You are a female* academic and on your way to an academic career or already in the middle of it. You face the challenges of everyday life in your professional and private life. Are you also wondering how to balance your life with role expectations, scientific career and the stress that comes with it? Let's use the expertise of an expert for tips and guidance on how to deal with these challenges in a healthy way and network during an active exchange for own experience and mutual inspiration with participants.
Prof. Dr. Niko Kohls researches and teaches on Health Promotion with a focus on Resilience. In an impulse lecture and mini-workshop, he offers inspiration and guidance on the topics of stress management, resilience and quality of life. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for questions, discussion, exchange and networking.
