Prof. Dr. Katja M?hring 

Katja is Professor of Sociology, especially Family and Work, at the University of Bamberg and External Fellow at the German Institute for Interdisciplinary Social Policy Research (DIFIS) and the Mannheim Centre for European Social Research (MZES). She previously held professorships at University of Mannheim and was a Visiting Fellow at the Center für European Studies at Harvard University.

Lisa Schein, M. Sc.

Lisa-Maria Schein has been a research assistant at the Chair of Business Administration, specializing in Sales and Marketing, since November 2024. She previously completed her Master's degree at Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg. Her current research focuses on issues related to procurement marketing, particularly the design and development of supplier relationships.

Xanthi is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bamberg. She earned her PhD in 2021 from the University of Southern Denmark, collaborating with HEDG. Her research focuses on applied economics, development, gender, and labor.
