Registration

If you are interested in therapy at our outpatient clinic you can contact us by phone or e-mail. During our telephone consultation hours we accept registrations for individual and group therapy. For registration we will request personal information, e.g. your name, contact details, date of birth and, if necessary, a short summary of the reason as to why you are seeking therapy with us.

After registration we will contact you to make an appointment for your initial assessment.
