The Ziel:Habil program supported researchers during their Habilitation as part of the 2019-2023 target agreement. University Executive Board provided applicants with scholarships after a positive interim evaluation in the Habilitation process. This financial support was intended to help female early-career researchers in the qualification phase complete their Habilitation when no other financial support options were available.
