Reservation Calendar

In the calendar you can find the current device reservations. In order to check whether a reservation was made by yourself, please check the inbox of your email address. The Chair reserves the right to revise individual reservations under special circumstances.

Reservation Form

To lend equipment, the "Contract for the Lending of Equipment of the Chair of Digital Monument Technologies" must be filled out. To speed up the lending process, you can download and fill out the contract here(230.0 KB, 8 pages). A deposit of 20 € has to be paid for each lend.

You can use the form to make reservation requests for equipment. If your reservation is accepted, you will receive a confirmation.

The date for the reservation will be sent to the requesting person again by email. If the appointment is not confirmed in the email within one hour, the request is cancelled and the reservation expires.

If your request does not appear in the calendar, you will receive an email with a description of the problem. Reservation requests will be automatically rejected if they do not meet all of the following conditions:

  • The email address used to make reservation requests must be confirmed for this purpose.
  • Delivery and acceptance of equipment (the beginning and the end of the reservation period) can only be carried out Monday Tuesday or Thursday between 10 am and 5 pm.
  • The reservation period must be a minimum of one hour and a maximum of 28 days.
  • The start of the reservation must be at least seven days in the future.

Additionally, each device must be cleaned, charged, and have any captured data removed before returning. (We do not wish to have to remove dirt and mud traces from your surveying equipment on the tripod feet, bags, etc.)

If you have any questions or problems, please contact techniker.ddt(at)uni-bamberg.de.
