Participation @ Kickoff Retouren-Summit 2025

The Forschungsgruppe Retourenmanagement, represented by Dr. Bj?rn Asdecker and Vanessa Felch, took part in the Kickoff Retouren-Summit on February 25 in Hamburg. The event was organized by Bundesverband E-Commerce und Versandhandel e. V., Bundesvereinigung Logistik e. V. (BVL), H?ndlerbund sowie Digital Hub Logistics Hamburg und Tchibo. During the event, returns were considered from a legal, business, and customer perspective, and international trends were discussed. In addition, experts took part in pane discussions and start-ups presented innovative solutions for returns processes.
