Renaming of the Chair: Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour
In order to adequately communicate the contents of our research and teaching activities, the official title of the chair has been adapted to “Chair of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour”. The adapted denomination expresses what has been a focus of the chair since its foundation: The connection of traditional human resource management and psychological theories and models, the observation of individual and organisational human resource management-related processes in multi-layered contexts, as well as the consideration of national and international aspects concerning research and teaching methods. This variety is now reflected in the re-naming of the chair and is thereby offering a broader visibility for students with regard to future professions and their employability.
