Arabic Studies in Bamberg

Arabic Studies can be pursued in Bamberg within the scope of several study programs, in which the department of Arabic Studies is involved in different ways.

BA Islamic Orient

The department of Arabic Studies coordinates the Bachelor program in Islamic Orient together with the departments of Iranian Studies, Islamic Art History and Archeology, Islamic Studies and Turkology.
 

MA Arabic Studies

Doctoral Studies

A doctoral degree can be sought in the department of Arabic studies, after you have obtained a Master’s degree.

In addition, a structured study-program is possible within the scope of the Bamberg Graduate School of Near and Middle Eastern Studies (BaGOS).
