Can you truly work from anywhere? ??
While digital nomads roam the world independently, corporate nomads stay employed but embrace a nomadic lifestyle—blurring the lines between traditional employment and ultimate flexibility. ?
In our latest study, we interviewed corporate nomads to understand how they navigate this paradox. Our findings reveal a three-phase process—splintering, calibrating, and harmonizing—where IT-driven boundary work plays a crucial role.
